Luxury Residence in Ekali - 12A.1

MGHouvardas, the constructor of the project, has deployed their 30 years of experience in creating luxury buildings and their commitment to the highest standards, thus creating a truly exceptional work. From the initial stages of their design, inspiration, modern aesthetics, and responsible study were necessary prerequisites for creating a beautiful and friendly environment for the residents of the two residences.

The construction of the residence is carried out with the strictest criteria, with respect for both humans and the environment. The selection of worthy and experienced collaborators, as well as the use of modern technological equipment, guarantee the perfection and reliability of every construction down to the last detail.

The architectural firm “Zepos-Georgiadi and Associates,” with a strong presence in the field of modern residences and specialized departments in interior architecture and landscape architecture, undertook the study of the residences located in exceptionally privileged locations within a lush green environment.

The collaboration with the reputable professionals Mechanical Engineer I. Tzourala, Civil Engineer I. Tsopanakis Ypsilon E.P.E., and the involvement of the interior designer Mina Manta contributed to the creation of two residences according to the specifications of the most modern technology.

Morphologically, the residence has simple geometric volumes with wooden elements. The surrounding environment was shaped with natural materials, while the plants to be used belong to the Greek Flora and will be harmonized with the broader environment.

Residence 12A.1 is a total of 1,350 square meters and consists of four levels.

The first level – B’ Basement – is 363.63 square meters and houses the residence’s parking spaces.
The second level – Basement – covers 465.50 square meters. The playroom is located on this level.
The ground floor is a total of 246.32 square meters.
The first floor covers 276.59 square meters.
