The executives of MG Houvardas have been active in the field of construction since 1972. Some of the milestones in our history are the construction of large-scale projects by Themelia ATE in distinguished areas of Attica with the main focus on quality and pioneering.
Our projects meet the highest construction standards and have been distinguished for their architectural design. Our presence and exposure at international industry exhibitions such as MIPIM in Cannes, France, left its mark on the European space.
Among our distinguished collaborations are the architects Tassos Zeppos, Dimitris Dimitriou and Stelios Agiostratitis.
High visibility projects
To date, Giorgos Houvardas has over 300,000m2 of residential and commercial construction to his credit.
Some of the most distinguished projects include a complex of offices and shops at 342 Kifisias St. in N.Psyhiko, the “Leontida” residences in Lagonisi, the luxury residences at Thetidos & Paxon in Kefalari and the luxury residences at Dekelias 12A in Ekali.
Environmental consciousness
The choice of materials and the architectural design of construction are made with the criterion of harmonizing with the environment and minimizing the energy needs of the building.
Each type of construction has specific energy needs. From the energy efficiency of an office building in Athens’ city centre to the use of natural materials for the construction of Cycladic houses in Kythnos, we give a special basis to the sustainability of each building.
