Residences in Lagonisi

We have constructed independent residences with a sea view in the settlement of Leontida, in Lagonisi. The impeccable functionality and comfort of the interior spaces, combined with high quality and architectural uniqueness, create an exceptional identity for each residence.

Leontida is a residential zone consisting of 85 high-specification houses, ranging from 95 sqm to 300 sqm, covering an area of 40 acres (five building blocks and twenty different plots), and located one kilometer away from the sea.

The broader area of the under-construction residential zone is rapidly developing both in terms of permanent residences and holiday homes, combining exceptional advantages, such as:

– It is a purely residential area close to the most beautiful beaches of Attica.
– It offers direct access to the major central arteries of Athens, the Attiki Odos highway, and the Vary-Koropi Avenue.
– It is close to the commercial centers of Anavyssos, Saronida, Varkiza, Koropi, and Markopoulo.
– It is within short distance from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport and the port of Lavrio.

For this project, we conducted a landscape study as we built roads and gardens within this “small village of 85 residences.”
