In a whole city block, located on Kifisias – Ethnikis Antistaseos – K. Palama – Matzarou avenues, THEMELIA Chouvardas S.A. constructed two high-quality office and retail buildings, designed by architect Stelios Agiostratitis.

The buildings, constructed in 2004, have a total area of 6,000 sqm. Those being 3,500 sqm above ground and 2,500 sqm of underground spaces.

The modern architecture and the exceptional layout of the surrounding area give the building an imposing personality.

A highlight is the sculpture that attempts a historical retrospective of human life, located in the company’s private square, which serves as the surrounding area of the buildings.

While the permissible coverage ratio of the plot is 70%, THEMELIA Chouvardas S.A. covered only 25% in order to create this square, changing the landscape of the area.

The earthy colors and the marble claddings blend perfectly with the 30 sqm garden terraces on each level, with a depth of 1 meter, providing a harmonious and contemporary appearance to the buildings.

The air conditioning and ventilation system ensures autonomy and energy efficiency. The building is protected against fire with systems resulting from the relevant fire safety study.
